I am not happy with the BMW deletes, but they are not the only ones dealing with it. Maybe you didnt care about those options but some are pretty major. Super cruise, auto start stop, HD Radio, locking steerig column, etc all deleted. When we went to look at them the dealer who I know said they would have non deleted items on the build and the cars would just show up without them.Įscalades had deletes as well. Mercedes is definitely having deletes, in fact they deleted an entire engine from the GLS platform no more V8's so they can save them for the S Class. I would consider tradein this one if MY23-24 has better option combinations as this would be a long term car for me. So BMW X7 fits my tastes, has more than 5 seats and looks great.

Why can't bmw install a better radio than the basic in a $100,000, Lexus, Cadillac and Mercedes cars I was looking at had no deletes But it would piss me off because you will use it from time to time and if you couldn't I think it would bother you. Even though after getting things set up we don't really use that even. Now the touchscreen, that's a different story. Then I was like, wait do I have that, and I did. You will love the car and to be honest, I didn't even know I had it until people started saying it was deleted.
